What is your class structure?
Our classes are uniquely structured in two distinct phases to maximise your learning. First, all students at your course level join a single, large, interactive online class for the core teaching session. This allows you to learn directly from our expert instructor within a vibrant community. Following this, you will break out into much smaller, focused groups for all practice activities, discussions, and collaborative tasks. This proven model ensures you receive consistent, high-quality instruction while gaining the essential personalised practice needed for mastery.
How do you manage different skill levels?
Our system is designed to provide a cohesive learning journey with individualised support. The core lesson is delivered to the entire class as one cohort. However, we carefully manage ability levels in two key ways:
-
Structured Course Levels: You enrol in a course suited to your proficiency (Beginner, Intermediate, etc.).
-
Focused Small Groups: All follow-up practice and collaborative work is organised within small groups of similar ability.
Our tutors monitor progress closely. If you ever find the pace challenging, we provide immediate extra support and, if it’s in your best interest, can arrange a seamless move to a different level.
How do you assess student progress?
We believe regular, constructive feedback is essential for growth. Our assessment framework is designed to support, not intimidate. Alongside key milestone assessments, we use frequent, informal quizzes, practical assignments, and in-class evaluations. This continuous approach helps you consolidate learning, track your improvement, and allows our tutors to provide personalised support throughout your journey.
Are there breaks scheduled for holidays?
Yes. We respect your commitments outside of study. Our academic calendars are planned to include scheduled breaks for major religious observances, such as Ramadan and Eid, as well as standard UK school holidays. All key dates are communicated clearly so you can plan ahead with ease.
When will I receive my personal timetable?
You will receive your complete course timetable with all session dates, assessment schedules, and holidays either immediately upon enrolment or prior to your first lesson, depending on your course start date. We ensure you have all the information you need to begin your studies fully prepared and organised.
