Every single Muslim has to recite the Qur'an in Salah, but many of us do not realise that reciting the Qur'an correctly, observing the rules of recitation (tajweed), is not an advanced science for expert reciters alone, rather it is an obligation upon each and every one of us whenever we recite the Qur'an.

Qaidah for Adults

This course provides a welcoming space for anyone who feels they missed out on proper learning, whether new to Islam or untrained in reading Arabic.

We understand adult learning can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Through a clear, step-by-step Qaidah method, we will help you progress from zero to confidently reading Arabic.

  • Start from Scratch: No alphabet knowledge? No worry. We start with the basics and build up gradually.

  • Learn at Your Pace: Designed for adults, our teaching style and support focus on understanding why Arabic sounds as it does.

  • Get the Basics Right: Emphasis on correct pronunciation (Makharij) ensures your foundation is solid for confident recitation.

Juz Amma with Tajwid for beginners

 

 

  • Revise & Apply Tajwid Rules: Move beyond theoretical knowledge. Gain the skills to recognize and implement essential rules like Idgham, Ikhfa, Qalqalah, and Madd as you read.

  • Recite Surahs Accurately: Progress through Juz Amma, focusing on each verse to ensure every letter is pronounced correctly from the very start.

  • Cultivate Fluency & Confidence: With regular practice and expert guidance, your recitation will improve, enabling you to read more smoothly and with greater confidence, especially during prayer.
