We are delighted to welcome Hafiz Ubaidur Rahman to the Just Arabic teaching family.

A Hafiz of the Qur’an and a dedicated student of sacred knowledge, Hafiz Ubaidur brings together strong Qur’anic foundations, a deep understanding of Tajwid, and a calm, patient approach to teaching. His journey with the Qur’an began with the completion of his memorisation at Blackburn Miftahul Uloom, where he graduated as a Hafiz with a strong foundation in correct pronunciation and articulation.

His pursuit of Islamic scholarship began in Dewsbury and has continued with steadfast dedication. He studied at Darul Ilm Birmingham and is currently progressing through his Alimiyyah studies in Luton, continuing a journey of learning that combines classical Islamic scholarship with a thoughtful and structured approach to teaching.

Hafiz Ubaidur’s love for Qur’anic recitation is evident in both his teaching and his own recitation. During the past Ramadan, he had the privilege of leading Tarawih Salah at Darul Ilm Birmingham, where his beautiful voice, precise recitation and heartfelt delivery left a lasting impression on those who prayed behind him.

His aim is not simply to teach students how to follow the rules of Tajwid, but to help them develop a genuine connection with the words of Allah and recite the Qur’an with greater confidence, accuracy and beauty.

With a strong understanding of Tajwid and a patient, methodical teaching style, Hafiz Ubaidur is able to explain rules clearly and break them down into manageable steps. Whether helping students improve their pronunciation and articulation or developing greater fluency in their recitation, he creates a supportive environment in which learners can progress at their own pace.

At Just Arabic, Hafiz Ubaidur leads our Juz Amma with Tajwid for Beginners course, specially designed for adults who can already read Arabic and are ready to take the next step towards more accurate, confident and beautiful Qur’anic recitation.

His approachable manner, genuine care for his students and passion for the Qur’an make him a teacher who is both knowledgeable and inspiring to learn from.

Alongside his Islamic studies and teaching, Hafiz Ubaidur also brings valuable professional experience as a Data Analyst and Social Media Manager. His analytical and structured mindset, together with his ability to communicate with diverse audiences, further complements his approach to teaching.
